Prayer is the
foundation of everything that is done to the Glory of God at Wesley. Worship, programs, ministries, missions are
all prayed for by the Body of Christ lived out at Wesley. Each meeting and each event is soaked in
prayer.
Prayer is the primary avenue for each
person to build a growing relationship with God as well as a corporate
relationship between God and our Wesley family. “Being transformed into [God’s]
likeness with ever increasing glory……” 2 Corinthians 3:18b
As
Christians we are all a part of God’s family, related to one another through
the waters of baptism. And being a
Christian means we must love those God loves as God love them, even when we do
not agree with them.
The mission
of the prayer ministry at Wesley is to facilitate this unique love of God, of
one another, of self, and of people who yet do not know Christ as Savior

coming kingdom
